We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 14 days of your receiving it. To request a refund or exchange please follow the following steps:

 

In your email or on the form please let us know if it is a Refund, Exchange, or Repair under the warranty

 

You are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns

 

Warranty Information

 

All of our watches come with a one-year warranty, which is the suggested warranty from the manufacturer.

 

Only manufacturer's defects are covered under the warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear. Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so that water does not get in.

If buyer want to send back items for a refund, buyer need to be charged for these expenses:

l  Postage to send back items

l  Shipping costs of order

l  Handing charge of refund(5% of payment amount)
